I developed an accreditation brand called 'HIVIS Certified' that institutionalises recognition and fair practice for cleaners in the workplace, bringing visibility to an often overlooked workforce. 

360° CAMPAIGN - 'in another light'
Insight: Despite wearing High-Visibility (Hi-Vis) uniforms, cleaners often feel invisible.
Idea: Hijack city lights to bring to light cleaners isolation and invisibility.

We transform one of the world’s most universally recognised icons - the green pedestrian crossing man - into a street sweeper. And place him on major high streets.

The campaign would drive traction to our integration activation, where the general public is invited to come and say 'HI' to the cleaners keeping their spaces clean.
